Spring Movies: They’re Here!

Just out, a list of “All the Movies you should see in March.”  Fortunately, three of the four on that list are already on my list.  (I fear I’d be lost at Insurgent, being as I’m one of the few not to have seen or read Divergent.  (Interesting conversation too with a friend ocurred over the weekend though, in which we discussed the mass appeal of the series (akin to Hunger Games, Twilight, and yes, even Fifty Shades)  (Ah, and I think we had to add Harry Potter as one of those Everyone’s reading it genres, this latter one satisfying the “one of these is not like the others” category).))

So yes, now that the postOscar movie hiatus is behind me, it’s time to return to the theater.  A few new promising films for spring are on the release lists, getting me back in the dark—even when really I want to garden.  Still, I cannot stay away.  And even beyond the short list shared above, I’ve a few more movies to view.  Serena (my thoughts on the book will be posted soon), Voices (’cause I never will give up on comedies), and the much-anticiapted (at least by me), What We Do in the Shadows (dark, dry, witty comedies are even better!) all share the list that’s headed by what I hope will be a pure delight:  The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.

See you at the movies!
